Minus 10 lbs...
I was down 11, but then I gained 4 on our vacation. How is it that you can gain 4 lbs in a week, but it takes 3 weeks to take it off? Anyway, I am getting kind of bored with my eating habits. I need more creative health eating ideas...I could also write a book about cheating on weight watchers and still losing weight. Like not eating lunch and having two ice cream sandwiches for dinner and not going over your points. Those kinds of things...

Woohoo! Uh oh...you lose 'em and I find 'em ;0) I'll get my act together when spring comes. Until then I need my fat to stay warm ;0)

when I did WW years ago, I remember eating nothing but salads so I could have wine at night.....way back in 2002, I lost 20lbs...while having wine at night....I loved cheating WW...
