About that apron....
Don't buy an apron pattern. Just cut a rectangle and gather stitch the top. Cut a border piece for the bottom and sew right sides together. Turn the edges. Then cut 2 pieces for the band and sew right sides together and flip it to right side. (Measure your waist and add enough for a bow.) Center the gathered center piece on the wrong side of the band and sew in place. An easy pocket is optional. Use a picture to copy, that's all I did. Good luck and have fun!
